Monday 6:15 pm 30-minute Spin Class Express (Virtual or in person)

Tuesday 5:30 pm Women’s Small Group Strength Training + Abs (In person)

Wednesday 5:45 pm 45-minute Spin Class (Virtual or in person)

Thursday 5:45 pm 30-minute Stretch & Flexibility Training (Virtual or in person)

Saturday 8:30 am 60-minute Advance Spin Class

Spin classes vary from intervals, rolling hills, climbs, jumps, endurance, drills and skills and even themed rides. You will always get a solid and effective workout with no fluff and great music.
