Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely. Many of my clients haven’t lifted a weight in decades—or ever. I meet you where you are, and we build from there.
Do I have to be in shape first?
Nope. That’s what I’m here for. The hardest part is showing up. I’ll help with the rest.
What if I have knee pain (or another injury)?
You’re not alone. Many women come to me with joint pain, past injuries, or mobility concerns. I tailor workouts to fit your body—and avoid what doesn’t. You can absolutely train safely and still make progress.
Do you work with postpartum women?
Yes. Whether you’re newly postpartum or returning to exercise months later, I help rebuild strength, support recovery, and ease you back in safely and effectively.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope. I’ve got you covered. Everything you need is provided in the studio—just wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
