What to Expect:
Every client gets a plan that fits their schedule—because there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to getting stronger.
1x/week: We alternate between upper and lower body to keep you balanced and steadily progressing.
2x/week: One upper, one lower. This ensures every major muscle group gets the attention it needs to grow and support your metabolism.
3x/week: A full strength split—chest/triceps/shoulders, back/biceps, and legs/glutes—each paired with strategic metabolic work for maximum impact.

This efficient MRT-based session blends strength and cardio to help you build muscle, boost endurance, and fire up your metabolism—without eating up your day.
The Full 50
The whole kit and caboodle—just smarter.
Includes full-body strength work, cardio intervals, a core-focused finisher, and a stretch to leave you feeling strong—not stiff.

Monday
🚴♀️ 6:00 pm – Spin Express (30 minutes) – virtual or in person
Quick, punchy, and over before your soup cools.
Tuesday
🏋️♀️ 5:30 pm – Small Group Strength + Abs (45 minutes)- in person
Mid-century modern moves for post-modern women.
Wednesday
🚴♀️ 5:45 pm – Spin (45 minutes) – virtual or in person
The full ride: climbs, sprints, sweat, glory.
Saturday
🚴♀️ 8:30 am – Advanced Spin (60 minutes)– virtual only
