I want to help you set and achieve a cycling (or fitness) goal for this coming summer. With 2020 behind us now, it’s time to put a stake in the ground and say “This is my year!!”
My Spin with Lynn classes will help you lose weight, improve your heart health and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you’ll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins and the satisfaction of knowing you burned anywhere from 400 to 700 calories!

Classes vary from intervals, rolling hills, climbs, jumps, endurance, drills and skills and even themed rides. You will always get a solid and effective workout with no fluff and great music.
